1. About LuvSpot

LuvSpot is a trading name of DateLead Ltd, a company registered in England (Company No. 17020430), with its registered office at 34 Northampton Square, London EC1V 0ES. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean DateLead Ltd trading as LuvSpot. LuvSpot is a platform that connects individuals seeking dates ("Daters") with hospitality venues ("Venues") to facilitate date bookings. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use LuvSpot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the platform.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used in a manner we consider harmful to the community.

4. How the Service Works

For Daters

Daters create a profile, set preferences, and are matched with other users based on compatibility signals. When both parties express mutual interest, they are paired as a match. LuvSpot then identifies suitable venues based on shared preferences. Venues may submit personalised offers for dates. Daters rank their preferred offers and, upon acceptance, a booking is confirmed.

For Venues

Venues register their business, list one or more locations, set availability windows, and receive date leads from matched couples. Venues can submit tailored offers including time, menu options, and pricing. Accepted offers result in confirmed bookings.

LuvSpot acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any arrangement between Daters and Venues. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any user, venue, or date experience.

5. Fees and Payments

A booking fee is charged to Daters upon confirmation of a date booking. The current fee is displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By adding a payment method, you authorise us to charge applicable fees.

Venue owners are not charged a subscription fee. LuvSpot may introduce additional paid features in the future, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations by Daters or Venues may incur charges depending on timing and the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Details are shown before a booking is confirmed.

No-shows (failure to attend a confirmed booking without cancelling) may result in penalty charges and may lead to account restrictions or suspension under our strike system.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to access another user's account or circumvent security measures.
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Solicit personal contact information from other users for purposes outside the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension or termination, for violations of these rules.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, profile text, etc.), but you grant LuvSpot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

All other content, including the LuvSpot name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of matches, or the conduct of other users or venues.

LuvSpot does not perform background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your personal safety when meeting others through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuvSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or personal injury resulting from interactions with other users or venues.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) shall remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
